About Me

So that you know what you're getting into

My Career in the IT Industry

I have always enjoyed working in partnership with customers and employees. In my career at Fujitsu, I have been active in a wide variety of roles, from Assistant to the Managing Director of Germany to working in Partner Sales and now as Head of Sales Enterprise Platform Services.

I enjoy new challenges, projects and change – a quality I also like to live as a coach.

One of my strengths is bringing people together to solve problems pragmatically.

Professional Training

IT-systems management assistant with a focus on sales at Siemens Professional Education.

Education

Bachelor of Business Administration at Steinbeis Hochschule Berlin.

Me as a Coach

I like the idea of a “tandem bicycle” as a description of the coach – client (or coachee) relationship. Only when both have a common idea, direction and speed can things move forward.

What is important to me: We are completely equal. I am not a consultant, supervisor or industry expert – but I am by your side the whole way.

I don’t give advice, but our exchange can quickly develop into a brainstorming session.

You will gain new insights, just by taking the time to think about things yourself.

Me in my private life

In my private life, I am married and a new father. I find my balance with my family, in sports, in the mountains as well as trying out new technology.

I amuse those around me with my sense of humour and sarcasm, but otherwise I am fairly reserved.

I love football, both as a player and as a spectator. Furthermore, I am a big podcast fan of various topics (sales podcast, news podcast, etc.) and these add joy to my time while driving or doing sports.
