Life Coaching

Imagine your entire life being recorded. Every moment, whether joyful or sad, boring or exciting. And at the end of your life, everything is exhibited in your very own personal museum. What would this look like? Would you be satisfied with your personal exhibition?

This thought is not mine, but is from the wonderful John Strelecky in his book “The Big 5 for Life”. He is the reason why I started to look at my life, to ask questions and ultimately to start coaching.

This deep questioning is part of the process SchulzeBerl-Coaching offers you. For example, we examine

  • which values are important to you
  • how you build on your strengths and work on your weaknesses
  • which networks surround you and how you interact with them, e.g. family, work, friends
  • what your priorities are in life, e.g. work/life balance
  • what your goals are and what you can do to achieve them
  • what your personal purpose in life is
  • anything else you are curious about
